We have developed the Mg’s process which is not included Chromium, Fluorine compound, Heavy metals.

Process

Material -> MZ Cleaner -> MZ-E -> MZ-S ->MZ-C ->MZ Mate -> Elecoat Process (electrodeposition coating)

Working condition

  • MZ Cleaner
    Magnesium is degreased without corrosion.
  • MZ-E
    Etching to remove oxidation products and impurities from the material's surface.
  • MZ-S
    Removes dirt and debris leftover from the etching process.
  • MZ-C
    Adjustments to the material surface to create a uniform chemical conversion coating.
  • MZ Mate
    Creates a corrosion-resistant film that sticks well.
